Am I cursed?
I was very disappointed this weekend to not be able to run in the Virginia Beach Rock and Roll Half Marathon – especially after the good people at Sony so generously sponsored my entry. I began to feel sick on Thursday, worsened Friday, and by the afternoon of Saturday I was in no shape to drive the 3 hours to Virginia Beach – or race.

Back to a running race after my June triathlon! This September 5th I’ll be in sunny Virginia Beach for the Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon, my second half and my first half on the roads (I did a half marathon on the trails at Walnut Creek last November).
