		<description>For some reason my recovery runs always feel harder than my long runs… Is that true for anyone else or am I just weird?  &gt;&gt;I find it&#039;s easier to continue on a longer pace that it is to speed through 6-8.  This really holds true on recovery runs.  I find them the most difficult.</description>
