Thanks for taking a glimpse at my blog/work!

You should totally try to get a team together and do one of those relays. I googled the races and they both look incredible. Even if you aren't able to get a team of just people you know, you should look into joining a random team that needs a runner. The majority of runners seem to be a down-to-earth group(at the very least in team situations they almost always are), so any team you got on would certainly welcome you with open arms.

I've been looking into do a relay myself! I'm looking at the American Odyssey and the Blue Ridge Relay - they both sound like tons of fun. Now all I need is a team to do them with! Think I can convince my running buddies in the Trail Running Club to join me?

Thanks for the reply and I love your artwork on your blog!

Great post and the comment about the sprint triathlon is hilarious!
Outside of my regular races throughout the year we always get a team to do a 7 person relay at Sinister 7(sinister7.com) in the Rocky Mountains. By always I mean this is the first year we are doing so. Last year we couldnt get a team together so we had to join random teams. The ultimate way of meeting new people and the greatest experience of my life. The race was incredibly hard, but I find that it is a much more relaxed venue than most half-marathons/the marathon that I've done. Something about the forgiveness of the trails opposed to the beating of the streets. Don't get me wrong I love marathons/halfs but a change of pace is nice once a year. Pardon the seemingly random rant!
